- Add your pet’s name and photos. Upload 1–3 clear photos now, or submit them later from your order page.
- We prepare your proof. Our team reviews the photos and creates the design for your keepsake.
- Handmade and shipped. Once approved, your piece is finished, carefully packed, and sent with tracking.
What makes a good photo?
Use natural light when possible. A clear view of the face, eyes, markings, and ears helps the artist capture your pet’s personality. You can upload JPG, PNG, or GIF files, up to 15MB each.
Can I place the order first?
Yes. You can submit your pet details later. Keep your order number and use the Track Order page, or use the pet photo upload link shown after checkout.
